RETURN POLICY

Our goal is to make you happy! We gladly accept returns that are postmarked within 14 days of the original shipping date. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, with the price tags intact along with the original invoice/receipt. Refunds are processed within 5 days after we receive the return merchandise and will be given in the original form of payment. You will receive a confirmation by email once your refund is processed. The buyer will shoulder shipping fees for returns.

PRIVACY POLICY

Protecting your information is our highest priority. Your credit card information is safe. All orders are transmitted over secure Internet connections using advanced SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, SOCIALE does not store your credit card information at any time.

SHIPPING GUIDELINES

WE USE UPS FOR ALL SHIPMENTS AND RATES ARE CALCULATED ACCORDING TO LOCATION AND WEIGHT. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for us to process your order before is shipped out. If orders are received after 2:00PM EST, they will be shipped on the next business day. If you need to expedite your order with urgency please contact us and we will do our best to make special arrangement to get your products sooner.

We ship Monday through Friday, no orders are shipped on Saturday and Sunday, orders placed after 2:00PM EST on Fridays are held and shipped on the following Monday.

You will receive tracking information directly from UPS, delivery time may vary by the route and time of the year.
